AND People Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") collects the necessary information from users of our services (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") in providing all services offered on the websites operated by the Company and the Group companies. Personal information refers to information that can identify a specific individual based on their name, date of birth, or other descriptions (including information that can identify an individual by cross-referencing with other data). 3: Main Methods of Obtaining Personal Information
The Company may obtain personal information using the following methods:
- (1) Information entered by Customers when making reservations for the Company’s accommodations, creating accounts on the website, or other input methods.
 - (2) Information obtained from Customers through the provision of Products and Services and related services.
 - (3) Information provided by Customers through surveys or questionnaires.
 
Additionally, the Company may record conversations and calls with Customers, and audio/video record events.
4: Main Outsourced Services Involving Personal Data
The main tasks for which the Company may provide personal data to external contractors are as follows:
- (1) Professional advice on legal, accounting, and other specialized matters.
 - (2) Operation and maintenance of information systems.
 - (3) Storage of books and documents.
 
5: Entrusted Handling of Personal Data
When the Company is entrusted with personal data by Customers or recipients of Products and Services, it handles the data only within the scope of the purpose of the entrusted task.
6: Provision to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal data to third parties without prior consent, except in the following cases:
- (1) Providing personal data to public institutions, financial institutions, or Group companies within the scope of intended use.
 - (2) Providing minimum necessary personal data to business partners or advertisers to perform collaborative tasks. The disclosed data cannot be used for any purpose other than the collaborative task.
 - (3) When requested by courts, public prosecutors, police, tax offices, bar associations, or other equivalent authorities.
 - (4) When required under Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

The Company may also disclose anonymized information that cannot identify individual Customers within the scope of intended use, and provide statistical information to explain Products and Services.
7: Joint Use of Personal Data
The Company may jointly use Customers’ personal data as follows:
- (1) Name of the person responsible for managing user information: AND People Co., Ltd.
 - (2) Items to be jointly used: name, address, date of birth, phone number, email, occupation, customer code, etc.
 - (3) Scope of joint users: Group companies of AND People Co., Ltd. and operators of ALTERNEST facilities.
 - (4) Purpose of use: development, guidance, and provision of products and services.
 - (5) Person responsible for joint use management: AND People Co., Ltd., 4-4-8-2F, Yuigahama, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture – Representative Director Wataru Sato
 
8: Deletion of Personal Information
When a Customer requests correction, addition, deletion, suspension, or erasure of personal information, the Company will verify the identity and respond within a reasonable period. To request deletion, please contact us via the “Contact” page of this website.
9: Access Analysis
Google Analytics is used to collect and analyze access logs of websites operated by the Company and its group companies. Google Analytics collects access logs via cookies but does not include personally identifiable information. Collected logs are managed according to Google’s privacy policy.
10: Revision of Privacy Policy
The Company may revise all or part of the Privacy Policy without individual consent in the following cases:
- (1) Changes that conform to the general interest of users.
 - (2) Changes that do not contradict the purpose of the contract, are reasonable, and necessary based on the content and circumstances.
 
The revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the website at least three months before the effective date. Continued use of the services after the effective date is considered consent to the changes.
